Smash & grab or penalty miss?

In my youth I spent many hours kicking footballs at the sides of buildings on my way to becoming the next 'English version' of the legendary Dutch footballer Johan Cruyff. Somewhere along the way my dreams came crashing down and I got a real job!.... From the football shaped hole in the kitchen window it looks like someone is also on the same journey I trod, assuming its not just vandalism, then more penalty practice is probably needed!!

Repairs are in progress, but who knew that glass seems to be worth its weight in gold....Must be the Yorkshire genes; everything seems expensive :-)
