As the saying goes 'every day is a school day'.... I know there are some of us that can't remember what we had for breakfast yesterday, but for those that can remember 'photosynthesis', you'll know that all the action takes place inside chloroplasts which are small objects inside plant cells. Chloroplasts contain the green substance 'chlorophyll'. This traps the light energy needed to make photosynthesis happen. A bit of warmer and brighter weather seems to be getting the grass rockin' & rollin'.... Great news for bowlers, not so great for the shoe leather of our dedicated grass cutting greenkeepers!
